Card Inspection System

The Card Inspection System has provided our customers a competitive edge in credit, phone, and gift card processing. The fully automated system utilizes two vision systems to verify customer defined specifications. Cards not meeting the preset standards are rejected and presented in an orderly method for quality control and inventory monitoring. Cards meeting the standards are validated as approved, accumulated in a shingled formation, and presented in preset counted batches for secondary processing. • 300 cards per minute • Vacuum transport conveyor for control • Vision system for card count and rejected cards • Smoke guarding to ensure accurate readings • Extruded aluminum frame
