Over-Capping System

This system was custom built to solve a Protective Material Feeding and Over-Capping challenge. We presented an all inclusive solution to our customer's needs by providing one system to handle both issues. A single row of 12 count cases enter the machine with the short dimension leading. Cases are separated by the flight system and transported into the machine. Cases stop under the first placer and one case divider is placed between two rows of four bottles. The case is then indexed under the second placer for another divider to be placed between the second row of bottles. A pneumatic case locator then positions the case of bottles under the third and fourth placers for placement of six carriers over the necks of the creamer bottles. • 30 cases per minute • Designed to inhibit placement of dividers or capping when product    is absent. • Pass-Through controls when no inserting or capping is desired • Servo driven flight system • Robust welded machine frame • Double action Over-Capping motion to ensure secure seating • Controls for upstream product containment		View this Machine in Motion
