Intermittent Motion Tea Cartoner

By listening to the customer's needs and considering their specifications, this application handled wrapped tea bags. By offering single flavor or variety pack ability, the customer was able to use the cartoner for all their needs. The machinery design enabled the shelf ready carton (with pull tab) to be run without interference to other line functions. • Ten cartons per minute (24 pack configuration) • Easily changed for variety pack or single flavor preferences • Flap folders with tab locking • Glue closure option • Operator interface for machine monitoring and control • Casters for mobility and vertical adjustment for integration to    parent machine
